Our events team throws executive dinners, hackathons, conference takeovers, and side events across NYC, Europe, and the Middle East.\nThe events are great. Our content should look just as good. That's where you come in.\nWho we're looking for\nYou're chronically online, in the most productive way. You saw the trend before it hit your FYP, you already know how you'd remix it, and you'd have it edited, captioned, and posted before your coffee gets cold.\nYou love making content, and you love editing it even more. You get things done the same day, not \"circling back next week.\"\nGrad students and recent grads are especially encouraged to apply. This role fits well around a class schedule.\nWhat you'll actually be doing\nMemes and Trends\nDoom scroll professionally across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.\n\nTurn trends into memes and reels that make enterprise AI funny and relatable.\n\nPitch new content ideas weekly, and help us build formats and series that are recognizably ours.\n\nevent content\nShoot photos, short-form video, BTS, and quick interviews at our events, with free food included.\n\nTurn every event into a content dump within 24-48 hours: recap reels, carousels, speaker clips, quote cards, and highlights.\n\nBuild hype before events with teasers, countdowns, and speaker drops.\n\nCatch the candid moments that give people FOMO\nMaking it pretty\nBring new ideas for content that is visually beautiful, aesthetic, and on-brand.\n\nKeep Lyzr's visual vibe consistent everywhere.\n\nDesign graphics and templates in Canva or Figma.\n\nKeep our photo, video, and brand asset library organized.\n\nWords and stuff\nWrite hooks that stop the scroll and captions that don't sound like they came from a corporate press release.\n\nDraft posts for the Lyzr page and our leaders' LinkedIn accounts.\n\nTrack what's working, tell us, and do more of it.\n\nYou're our person if you\n\nAre super active on socials and actually understand the internet.\n\nAre hyperactive about getting things done, with same-day turnaround as your default.\n\nGenuinely love creating and editing content.\n\nHave taste, so everything you make looks good.\n\nCan match a brand's style and still make it feel fresh.\n\nCan edit in CapCut, Premiere, or similar, plus Canva or Figma.\n\nShoot well on your phone and understand lighting, framing, and audio.\n\nNotice the typo, the crooked logo, or the bad crop before anyone else does.\n\nWon't freeze up when you need to film a CEO.\n\nExtra credit\nYou run a meme page or have your own following.\n\nYou can do motion graphics or After Effects.\n\nYou've made content for a tech or startup brand.\n\nYou're curious about AI.\n\nthe deets\nHours: 20/week, including some evening events\n\nLocation: NYC and Jersey City events in person, everything else remote\n\nHow to apply\nEmail with the subject line \"Content Creator - [Your Name]\" and include:\nYour resume.\n\nYour portfolio or socials.\n\nTwo or three memes or trend-based posts you've made. If you don't have any, make one about AI agents. We're serious.\n\nOne piece of content you're proud of, and why.\n\nBonus points if your application email itself is a little unhinged (respectfully).","description_format":"text","description_chars":3297,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Content Creation","AI Agents"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-12T17:13:40Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"US","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"H-1B filings in 12 months: 2","filings_12m":2,"filings_prev_12m":0,"green_card_filings_12m":0,"median_offered_wage_usd":142500,"route":null,"cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-15T11:24:14+00:00","sources":["US Department of Labor: LCA disclosure data (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":15,"expected_fill_days":53,"reasons":["conf:4","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-28T05:59:10Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/lyzr-content-creator-contractual","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/lyzr-content-creator-contractual.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-28T13:00:33Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":17412,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-29T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":1805441},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=1805441"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Flyzr-content-creator-contractual"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Flyzr-content-creator-contractual"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Flyzr-content-creator-contractual"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/lyzr-content-creator-contractual\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Flyzr-content-creator-contractual"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2369090}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"lyzr.ai","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2369090},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
