Brand: the visual system Lyzr shows the world identity, campaign concepts, launch assets, executive and partner collateral. Performance: the ad, social, and landing-page creative that has to earn its click, and the iteration loop that follows the numbers.\n\n The volume is real the team ships roughly 30 creatives a week across paid, organic, sales enablement, partnerships, and executive collateral. Speed is a requirement of the job. So is refusing to let quality be the thing that gives.\nTeam: Marketing\n\nExperience: 5+ years\n\nLocation & work mode: Bengaluru\n\nWhat will make you win this role\nThese are the core requirements the substance of the job.\n5+ years in graphic design, with B2B SaaS experience. You have designed for a considered enterprise buying decision, not an impulse purchase. You know why that changes the work.\n\nA real sense of brand. You can hold a visual system together across dozens of assets a week and know when to stretch it and when to protect it.\n\nHuman-centred design instinct. You design for the person receiving the asset what they are doing, what they already believe, what will actually land not for the brief in isolation.\n\nFigma at a production standard. Non-negotiable. Plus Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and Illustrator at minimum.\n\nMotion and video. After Effects, Runway, CapCut, or Figma Motion enough to ship animated social and ad creative without waiting on anyone.\n\nPresentation design at a production level. Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint. Executive and partner decks are a standing part of this role, not an occasional favour.\n\nAI-assisted design in your workflow. Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E or equivalent, used for rapid concepting and iteration. This is how the volume becomes possible.\n\nWeb and landing pages. Webflow, Framer, or working HTML/CSS enough to build and adjust a campaign page yourself.\n\nCherry on top\nNot screening criteria but they will make your first 90 days smoother.\nPerformance creative fluency. You have read the numbers on your own ads and iterated on what they told you.\n\nDesign systems and templates. You build reusable assets so the next fifty creatives are faster than the last fifty.\n\nAI or deep-tech category experience. You can make an abstract technical product feel concrete.\n\nEvent and field marketing collateral. Booths, signage, and on-site assets under a deadline.\n\nA portfolio that shows range.
