Own the product narrative and keep evolving it based on feedback and usage.\n\nCampaigns and launches\nPlan and execute product launches, awareness campaigns, and monthly motion across channels - owned, paid, outbound, and partner-led.\n\nContent strategy\nBuild a content engine around the product - landing pages, case studies, webinars, enablement material, sales decks, and more.\n\nDemand generation\nOwn the lead gen engine - SEO, performance, email, outbound strategy. Work closely with SDRs and RevOps to align on pipeline goals.\n\nPartner marketing\nCollaborate with cloud partners and SIs to create co-branded campaigns and joint GTM plans for the product.\n\nSales enablement\nEquip sales and solutions teams with the assets, narratives, and playbooks needed to convert. Own the product’s external voice.\n\nAnalytics and iteration\nDefine success metrics. Track what’s working, what’s not, and keep iterating. Own a fast feedback loop.\n\nSuccess metrics\nConsistent pipeline growth and MQL → SQL conversion for the product\n\nLaunch and sustain multiple campaigns over 90-day windows\n\nClear, differentiated product positioning adopted across teams\n\nScalable content library created and repurposed across channels\n\nVisible traction through inbound, outbound, and partner channels\n\nQualifications (must-haves)\n8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years owning a product end-to-end\n\nExperience working closely with sales, product, and partners\n\nDeep understanding of B2B funnels, messaging, and multi-channel GTM\n\nHands-on ability to write, execute campaigns, and manage outcomes\n\nExperience running full-stack marketing - from content to paid to ABM\n\nHigh agency and ability to operate without step-by-step instructions\n\nClear, structured communicator - in copy and in meetings\n\nNice-to-haves\nExperience in early-stage startups or high-growth GTM environments\n\nFamiliarity with AI-native products or enterprise automation\n\nExposure to product marketing, ABM, or partner-led GTM\n\nExperience working with SDRs, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and content workflows\n\nTools you’ll use\nHubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Notion, Apollo, CMS tools, Slides, ChatGPT/Claude, internal tools for analytics and automation\nWhy join Lyzr?\nThis is a chance to own and scale the GTM engine for one AI product inside a fast-moving team.
