collaborating deeply across teams and mentoring junior engineers as you go.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead development of key systems within the agent stack from design through delivery\n\nApply strong system design and clean architecture to build maintainable, well-structured components\n\nShip high-quality features quickly and reliably, with a focus on correctness and edge cases\n\nOperate confidently in cloud-native environments, owning your services in production\n\nMentor junior engineers and collaborate deeply across product and platform teams\n\nContribute to design reviews and help uphold engineering quality standards\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong, current Python fundamentals and solid system design instincts\n\nTrack record of shipping high-quality components quickly and reliably\n\nComfort operating in cloud-native environments (AWS or similar) with CI/CD workflows\n\nExperience building or contributing to non-trivial backend or platform systems\n\nAbility to mentor others and collaborate effectively across teams\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with agent or LLM components: orchestration, memory, RAG, Text2SQL, or guardrails\n\nGo experience\n\nFamiliarity with observability tooling -
