capabilities, intents, and interaction flows of AI agents to meet business goals.\n\nDesign the system architecture for multi-agent orchestration and model integration.\n\nModel Strategy & Execution\n\nGuide the selection, fine-tuning, and integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and transformer-based models.\n\nDefine how models will interact with different data modalities (text, audio, video, structured data).\n\nEvaluate and benchmark model performance and retraining needs.\nData Enrichment & Intelligence\n\nAdvise on how to configure, enrich, and pre-process data (structured/unstructured) for maximum model performance.\n\nOversee entity extraction, topic modeling, summarization, and other NLP-driven enrichment techniques.\n\nEnsure data pipelines are designed for continuous learning and improvement.\nSolution Implementation & Code Ownership\n\nLead prototyping and MVP development, translating architecture into production-grade solutions.\n\nCollaborate with developers to build scalable AI services and interfaces.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and modular code to integrate AI components.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Technical Consultation\nTranslate complex AI concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProvide strategic input on product direction, capabilities, and limitations.\n\nMaintain a high degree of ownership and accountability across all initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nCore AI/ML Expertise (3-4 years)\nStrong background in machine learning and deep learning, including model training and evaluation.\n\nExperience developing ML-powered enterprise applications.\nNLP & Data Intelligence (2-3 years)\n\nAdvanced understanding of NLP techniques, including entity extraction, summarization, topic modeling, etc.\n\nExperience with structured and unstructured data feature engineering.\nLLM & Agent Ecosystem (1-2 years)\n\nSolid understanding of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.\n\nExposure to multi-modal agent delivery (text, audio, video).\n\nAdditional Qualities\nStrong problem-solving aptitude applied to real-world use cases.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nProactive mindset with ownership of end-to-end delivery.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud-based
