We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives at the intersection of culture and brand strategy, and is ready to act as a strategic leader for key agency accounts. This role sits uniquely on the creative team and reports into the VP Strategy Director, requiring an imaginative thinker who can independently lead strategic planning, mentor junior-to-mid-level staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate our creative and strategic initiatives.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead strategic planning responsibilities on key integrated accounts, working with autonomy and proficiency to establish disruptive ideas.\nPartner with account leadership and creative teams in the development of inspiring creative briefs that translate cultural insights into innovative campaigns.\nPartner with Research, Insights and Analytics to develop and lead campaign learning agendas\nActively participate in interagency (IAT) planning sessions and lead effective brainstorms with clients and agency partners.\nOversee the crafting and evaluation of primary and secondary research plans to segment audiences and uncover business opportunities.\nDevelop creative concepts and ideas that connect to brand strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal disciplines and the client.\nServe as a confident client-facing lead, presenting data-driven strategic brand recommendations and shaping impactful presentations.\nConsistently share relevant trends, best practices, and cultural nuances with the team to push thinking and create exciting opportunities for our clients.\nWhat You'll Bring:\n8-10 years of strategy experience at creative agencies, specialist agencies (experiential/PR/digital), or brand-side.\n3-5 years of leadership experience managing accounts and mentoring team members.\nA strong portfolio of breakthrough strategies and creative concepts that cross categories and drive results.
