are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and help deliver scalable, API-driven financial technology solutions.\nWorking closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Product, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, you will help shape product features from discovery through delivery while ensuring customer needs and business priorities are met.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with several years of product experience as a product manager or product owner who enjoys solving technical problems, collaborating with engineering teams and working in a fast-paced financial technology environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCustomer & Stakeholder Collaboration\nWork with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and operational challenges.\n\nParticipate in customer discussions, workshops and feedback sessions.\n\nHelp ensure product priorities align with business objectives.\n\nProduct Discovery\nAssist with product discovery by analysing customer problems and validating potential solutions.\n\nWork closely with engineers and business development during solution design.\n\nSupport feature prioritisation using customer feedback and business value.\n\nProduct Delivery\nOwn the delivery of product features from discovery through production.\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nPrioritise, maintain, and refine backlog for product features and ongoing projects\n\nSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning.\n\nAPI & Platform Products\nSupport the delivery and evolution of client-facing APIs and platform capabilities.\n\nWork with engineering teams to improve API usability, documentation and developer experience.\n\nAssist with API lifecycle management including enhancements, bug fixes and maintenance.\n\nPlatform Operations\nMonitor product performance and assist with analysing incidents and production issues.\n\nWork with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.\n\nHelp define and track product metrics such as API adoption, usage and platform performance.\n\nCross-Functional Delivery\nCoordinate with Engineering, QA, Operations and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.\n\nIdentify delivery risks and dependencies and communicate progress to stakeholders.\n\nSupport release planning and production readiness activities.\n\nJob Requirements:\nApproximately 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.\n\nTaking ownership of product outcomes by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.\n\nGood understanding of APIs and messaging standards, with the ability to interpret API specifications, support client integrations, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.\n\nAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to analyse customer problems and translate them into product requirements.\n\nExperience using data and customer feedback to support prioritisation decisions.\n\nExperience managing product backlogs using Jira or similar tools.\n\nExperience delivering software products using Agile methodologies.\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nComfortable working with geographically distributed software engineering teams.\n\nStrong attention to detail and good planning skills.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nComfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.\n\nHighly Desirable\nExperience working with low-latency or high-availability trading systems.\n\nUnderstanding of FIX Protocol.\n\nKnowledge of FX (Foreign Exchange) trading.\n\nExposure to equities trading platforms.\n\nKnowledge of digital asset / cryptocurrency trading.\n\nUnderstanding of trading platforms or market data
