Electric, you aren’t just applying for job, you are building a career.\nAbout this Role - Administrative Assistant II\nWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant II who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\n-Manage daily administrative and office supports operations of the office including establishing work priorities \nand workflow\n-Prepares correspondence, presentations and reports for key customers\n-Assists with the development and implementation of reporting procedures; oversees maintenance of office \nrecords and inventories of office supplies and FR clothing\n-Monitors and maintains the safety incentive program and ordering of safety posters\n-Sets up new jobs in JDE and distributes accordingly\n-Supports aspects of the company’s random drug testing and CDL program\n-Oversees, maintains and coordinates the processing of employee time sheets and weekly payroll\n-Assists with weekly-monthly reports, payroll records, union benefits and wages\n-Ensures the execution of company policies and procedures\n-Assists with the coordination of field and operational activities in association with Project Managers\n-Review invoices/packing slips for accuracy and completeness\n-Sort invoices and packing slips per company procedures\n-Assist with copying invoices, timesheets, special reports, etc.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n-A basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices\n-Extensive knowledge of general office procedures and practices\n-Demonstrated multi-tasking and data entry skills, and prioritizing\n-Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs\n-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines\n-Proven communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills\n-Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office\n-High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High
