Electric, you aren’t just applying for job, you are building a career.\nAbout this Role - Senior Project Scheduler\nWe are looking for a talented Senior Project Scheduler that has a passion for quality construction. This position builds and manages resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, performs critical path analysis, and partners with project teams to drive execution across EPC projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\n-Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects\n-Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies\n-Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams\n-Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking\n-Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies\n-Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives\n-Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement\n-Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards\nWhat You’ll Bring\n-5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations - required\n-Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development\n-Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects\n-Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools\n-Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams\n-Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments\n-Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments\n-Education: High school diploma required;
