You will be reporting to the Senior Lead, Workplaces.\nWhat makes this different\nThis isn't a narrow admin function. You'll own multiple operational disciplines at once, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors rather than sitting in a single lane. Your work directly determines whether the Senior Lead can focus on governance and higher-risk priorities instead of efighting. It's ownership with real visibility.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage day-to-day fleet administration, including documentation, permits, insurance, claims, fuel cards, and reconciliations.\n\nRun facilities operations across the warehouse and territory locations, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and vendor follow-up.\n\nCoordinate local travel and accommodation, keeping arrangements accurate and within approved budgets.\n\nOwn inventory management for workplace and warehouse supplies, including stock checks and discrepancy investigations.\n\nManage vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Procurement and Finance.\n\nProcess and reconcile airtime and data allocation for employee and field populations\n\nCoordinate logistics for meetings, employee events, and workplace activities.\n\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.\n\n3-5 years' relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management.\n\nDemonstrated experience independently managing multiple operational workstreams across internal teams and external vendors, ideally spanning fleet, facilities, travel, inventory, and events.\n\nThe honest part\nYou'll be juggling several live workstreams at once, with vendors, deadlines, and trackers all competing for attention on any given day.
