They will work collaboratively across departments and external suppliers to ensure successful completion of projects.\nPosition Responsibilities\nResponsible for supporting in all aspects of engineering design from concept planning to completion for designated projects, specific to the discipline of mechanical engineering.\nReview development of design for compliance with engineering standards, practices, and codes.\nRealize product designs through translation of requirements and design specifications, coordinating with across departments to ensure project scope is met.\nSupport all phases of engineering testing responsibilities and deliverables.\nPrepare and present technical presentation to internal and external stakeholders.\nPerform field inspections as needed.\nProvide mentoring to team members as needed.\nStay current on engineering developments, technology, materials, trends, and regulations.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology\nPrevious experience in analyzing, designing, and planning mechanical engineering systems in commercial buildings.\nProficient in preparing technical documents utilizing discipline specific software (i.e., Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, ROHR2).\nManage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to develop and maintain relationships with clients and effectively work and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.\nKnowledge of design and construction specifications\nSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail.\nStrong understanding of electrical schematics and ability to troubleshoot failures.
