Ce poste offre une grande autonomie et la possibilité de contribuer à la structuration d'un levier stratégique dans une phase de croissance.\nMissions\nDéfinir et exécuter la stratégie marketing sur les deux produits (Planner & Flex), en priorisant les cibles et canaux à fort potentiel.\nPiloter le plan d'acquisition multi-canal en autonomie : cold emailing, LinkedIn, contenus, ads, et en assurer le suivi.\nOrganiser et animer notre présence sur les salons et événements professionnels (stand, prise de parole, supports, suivi des contacts générés).\nProfil recherché\n### **Expérience*** Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en marketing SaaS B2B, sur un périmètre large (acquisition, contenu, événementiel...)\n* Tu sais ce qui marche en marketing B2B et tu n'as pas besoin qu'on te l'explique\n* Tu exécutes toi-même : tu ne gères pas des prestataires à la place de produire\n* Tu as un rapport direct à la performance - tu sais ce que ton travail génère en pipeline et en visibilité\n* Autonome, à l'aise pour prioriser sans cadrage constant\n* Maîtrise des outils de la stack (ou équivalents)\n### Compétences\n* Maîtrise des outils et workflows marketing B2B les plus récents : segmentation, automatisation, nurturing, scoring, suivi de performance\n* Capacité à piloter une action de bout en bout -
