So then, you’re just like every one of us!\n\nWhat is your new role:\n\ncreating technical content for our products, such as product manuals, diagrams, brochures, scripts, etc. for both digital and print;\n\npartnering with product, sales, technical support and marketing teams to understand the products and their technical requirements;\n\nmaintaining a knowledge base and keeping track of projects’ certification and compliance documentation;\n\nparticipating in compliance activities, such as inspections and audits to ensure that the technical documentation meets the necessary standards and regulatory requirements;\n\ncreating and improving document templates, tools and content development practices;\n\ntaking care to maximize customer success by creating onboarding documentation for technical audiences;\n\nutilizing a variety of visual elements in the technical documentation.\n\nWhat it takes:\n\n2+ years of experience as Technical Writer or in similar role – ideally within Electronics, IT or Product Manufacturer company;\n\nexcellent communication skills, meaning that you are equally good in understanding others and being understood, which is crucial for delivering best results in your new role;\n\noutstanding grammar, punctuation and vocabulary in both Bulgarian and English;\n\nvery good understanding of fundamental concepts of electricity, allowing you to read, interpret and analyze wiring diagrams and electrical schematics to create the technical documentation;\n\na Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or other Hardware engineering field is an advantage;\n\nexcellent understating of cloud-based Content Management Systems (CMS);\n\nproactiveness, high sense of urgency and respect for deadlines, ability to freely communicate with various colleagues to collect the needed information plus the ability to then structure it into a clear, effective technical document for the client;\n\nbeing committed to working from our office to achieve
