So then, you’re just like every one of us! \n\nWhat is your new role: \n\nproviding 24/7 technical support for our IoT product portfolio to business clients in the smart security industry.\n\nassist security professionals with technical issues in installation, configuration and troubleshooting for both hardware and software solutions – please note, that you will be working on shift schedule, including standard, night and evening shifts.\n\ntroubleshooting and solving technical problems (varying in complexity) without escalation level – you are end-to-end responsible for solving the majority of your cases.\n\ndocumenting cases and key takeaways, contributing to the internal knowledge base to improve our customer experience and problem management processes.\n\ntesting live and pre-release products to evaluate and find potential tight spots.\n\nwe will be responsible to provide you with extensive training and sufficient knowledge of our product lines and infrastructure, so that you will be fully prepared to face clients’ cases and solve their issues.\n\nWhat it takes: \n\na Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification – technical background or electronics.\n\nexperience in a customer-facing role or you are willing to learn.\n\nstrong interpersonal and communication skills – written and spoken, as well as full English  proficiency.\n\nanalytical approach, focus on accuracy and outstanding attention to detail.\n\nbeing committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct
