new software projects and implement business logic and data models with a suitable class design.\n\n- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the established processes.\n\n- Recommend software solutions to emerging needs in banking functionality and report ability.\n\n- Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned things.\n\n- Demonstrate good learnability and adopt technologies that help build large scale, performant, reliable and sustainable systems.\n\n- Collaborating with peers and architects on all elements of the development process.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Security, JSP, Web application, MS SQL \nServer, Redis, Oauth2, jQuery.\n\n- Excellent coding skills with strong competencies in Data Structures, algorithms and their space-time complexities.\n\n- Good problem-solving skills, coupled with strong analytical thinking and communication.\n\n- Excellent debugging skills.\n\n- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.\n\n- Working knowledge of architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.\n\n- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.\n\n- Multi-tasking, prioritizing/ effective time management and eye for detail would be key skills required for this role.\n\n- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.\n\n- Flexibility and
