As part of a cross-functional team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality and innovative solutions that have immediate business impact.\n\nWhat Will You Do In This Role:\n\n- Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution - from conception to delivery to operations.\n\n- Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that helps them succeed in their business goals.\n\n- Work closely with engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.\n\n- Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.\n\n- Partner and integrate with the best in market to bring in best-in-class embedded fintech features.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.\n\n- Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned tasks.\n\nWhat You'll Need to be Successful in this Role:\n\n- B.E or B.Tech degree.\n\n- Experienced technology leader with 12+ years of software development experience in Java including 5+ years in building and leading strong engineering teams.\n\n- Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.\n\n- Strong object-oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.\n\n- Strong service architecture and development experience with high performance and scalability.\n\n- Strong at technical goal setting for a project with actionable success metrics.\n\n- Good knowledge and experience on measuring a service from user experience angle.\n\n- Strong on driving for results and self-motivated, strong learning mindset, with good understanding of related advanced/new technology.\n\n- Keep up with the technology development in the related areas in the industry, which could be leveraged to enhance current architectures and build durable new ones.\n\n- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills.\n\n- Good problem-solving skills with strong analytical
