more.\n\nAbout The Role :\n\nM2P is looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage end-to-end implementation of its product offerings for clients.\n\nThe role will work closely with clients and internal product, engineering, QA, operations, and support teams to deliver successful implementations within agreed timelines and quality standards.\n\nWhat will you do :\n\n- Own client implementations from requirement discovery through go-live and stabilization.\n\n- Create and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\n\n- Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and production rollout.\n\n- Work with product and engineering teams to address gaps, enhancements, and technical issues.\n\n- Manage client communication, governance meetings, status reporting, and escalations.\n\n- Ensure UAT sign-off, operational readiness, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.\n\n- Track implementation risks, issues, action items, and change requests to closure.\n\n- Manage multiple client implementations or workstreams simultaneously.\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role :\n\n- 4 to 5 years of experience in technical program management, product implementation, project management, or technology delivery in FinTech industry.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.\n\n- Experience managing client-facing technology implementations.\n\n- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management, and production support.\n\n- Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud-based applications.\n\n- Facilitate collaboration between clients, Business Analysts, product, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood, implementation plans are aligned, and dependencies are managed.\n\n- Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Strong ability to navigate complex client landscapes and solve problems mobilizing the cross-functional support needed for a timely resolution.\n\n- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional internal teams.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience implementing AI, machine learning, analytics, or data products.\n\n- Experience working with enterprise clients and third-party integration partners.\n\n- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\n\n- PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or related certification.\n\nPerks
