Role Mission:

The Panel Content Manager is responsible for leading the planning, creation, optimisation, and management of written and multimedia content across all centralised panel brands within the M3 Group. This role ensures that all content aligns with the organisation's brand guidelines and strategic objectives, enhances user experience, and drives business results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, and a strong command of content operations with excellent leadership capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Manage and support the content team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and oversight on team performance and daily operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams across all panel functions and brands.
  • Partner with the Panel Marketing Team to execute strategic marketing initiatives both regionally and globally.
  • Represent the panel team in external forums such as webinars, interviews, and roundtable discussions, as needed.

Content Strategy & Editorial Execution

  • Implement and manage an existing centralised content strategy, ensuring continuity and alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar across centralised panel brands, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content publication.
  • Identify content gaps and provide recommendations to improve content relevance and performance.
  • Approve and review content assets to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Content Quality, SEO & Performance

  • Produce SEO-optimised, user-focused content that drives engagement and supports lead generation goals.
  • Monitor content performance using key metrics (e.g., web traffic, conversions, bounce rate) in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct keyword research and stay up to date with content trends, SEO best practices, and evolving consumer behaviour.
  • Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual branding across all channels (websites, email, social media, and video).

Content Operations & Governance

  • Uphold and enforce content guidelines, editorial standards, and branding requirements.
  • Liaise with freelances and manage monthly reporting and invoicing related to external vendors.
  • Support the ongoing development of content tools and platforms.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation, ensuring content workflows and project deadlines are consistently met.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress), Google Analytics, and social media tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML/web publishing is a plus.

Education and Training Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience; advanced degree preferred

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing content teams and editorial calendars.

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in healthcare, B2C marketing, or global/multi-brand environments.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
  • Able to make decisions, take ownership, and accept accountability
  • Strong ability to manage time and work independently
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
