M3 has offices in Japan, UK, France, Germany, Brazil, Sweden, China, USA, and South Korea, as well as India.\n The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the m360 Project Assistants team, effectively assisting with the recruitment of projects to maintain KPIs and other goals. The primary focus of the Supervisor is to manage Project Assistants in delivering projects internally against specifications and goals, ensuring tasks are completed in time, maintaining excellence in the work, and ensuring there is good communication between project assistants and panel members.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncluding, but not limited to the following:\nAssign projects and manage workload distribution, ensuring all projects are proactively monitored for recruitment opportunities.\nManage, mentor, train, and support Project Assistants by providing day-to-day direction, tracking KPIs, and helping team members build the skills needed to perform successfully.\nEnsure team members follow established recruitment procedures and quality standards through regular coaching, review of work, and routine audits to confirm accuracy, consistency, and adherence to expectations.\nOversee the successful execution of recruitment activities across assigned quantitative and qualitative projects, ensuring recruitment plans are implemented accurately, efficiently, and within project timelines.\nApply working knowledge of recruitment methods, M3 platforms, audience tools, emailing tools, and reporting resources to help the team identify recruitment opportunities, maximize internal feasibility, and support project delivery.\nMonitor project reports and recruitment progress to confirm internal recruitment efforts are being deployed appropriately before partner support is used, while helping ensure panelists are not over-targeted by campaigns.\nCoordinate communication between internal departments to support clear priorities, team capacity awareness, and consistent client experience.\nSupport team leadership with new initiatives, process updates, recruitment guidelines, finding recruiting sources, and continuous improvement efforts that increase team efficiency, quality, and overall recruitment results.\n Education and Training Required:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.\nRelevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required.\nMinimum Experience:\n2 years of experience in Market Research, preferably in recruiting, sampling or fieldwork.\nExperience managing employees preferred.\nKnowledge, Skill, Ability:\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills (Advanced/ Intermediate Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.\nExhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively using all available resources to support project success.\nAbility to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.\nSelf-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.\nExceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.\nComfortable with change, ability to derive opportunity from uncertainty.\n Must be willing to work in US shift hours.\nVideo/Camera-On Expectations: Video/camera must be on for all virtual calls, including team meetings, one-to-ones, interviews, training sessions, and client or candidate-facing calls.
