With an in-house staff of experts, telemarketing, email marketing, and direct marketing, PracticeMatch offers healthcare sourcing solutions and customer service unsurpassed in the industry.\n Design and implement features for PracticeMatch products that drive impact for the business and its customers. \nContribute to the design of software systems, and review the code of other engineers. \nApply software engineering best practices, including automated testing, clean code, peer review, and documentation, to build maintainable and adaptable applications. \nImprove the performance, security, and compliance of PracticeMatch products. \nContribute to the repository context, conventions, automated tests, quality gates, and executable plans that make agentic coding reliable. \nFind repetitive or time-intensive engineering work that can move to AI-assisted or automated workflows, keeping human review where it protects quality, accuracy, and compliance. \nTroubleshoot production web applications and help fix the causes of system problems. \nWork with people inside and outside engineering to meet team and company objectives. \nContribute to projects that benefit M3 USA as a whole, collaborating across business units beyond your own team when the company needs it.\n Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in software engineering. \n2+ years of professional software development experience. \nAble to review code in Python and TypeScript. \nClear communication with both technical and non-technical people. \nKnowledge of ColdFusion and SQL Server, including stored procedures and relational database design, plus React and version control with Git, preferred,\nKnowledge of the physician recruiting and sourcing domain, with a commitment to deepening it, preferred.\n Company Emphasis on Agentic AI:\nM3 USA's engineering organization is committed to using agentic AI across the full engineering lifecycle, from planning and development through testing, deployment, and production operation.
