You’ll be a hands-on builder contributing to large technical initiatives and collaborating closely with product managers and healthcare operations experts.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nExecute With Impact: Deliver high-quality, high-visibility features that power hospital operations nationwide.\n\nLeverage AI: Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance scheduling intelligence, streamline workflows, and surface actionable insights for healthcare staff.\n\nArchitect Solutions: Help design and evolve our backend for reliability, performance, and growth.\n\nCollaborate Deeply: Partner with Product, Ops, and Customer teams to turn user needs into elegant, impactful solutions.\n\nMaintain Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
