Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.\nResponsibilities\nWrites and implements Quality Plans based on the internal quality system and customer requirements, and helps tailor processes to each program's needs.\nMonitors build and test activities for compliance with quality plans, customer requirements, and approved processes.\nKeeps accurate as-built configuration records.\nTakes part in deviation and engineering change processes so changes move cleanly into manufacturing.\nTracks nonconformances and leads root cause and corrective action on systemic defects, working across teams.\nRuns program-specific audits and surveillance.\nSupports supplier evaluation and selection, and monitors supplier performance.\nCollects and reports quality metrics to find continuous improvement opportunities.\nPuts quality system policies, procedures, and instructions into practice.\nDesigns, implements, and maintains quality assurance methods that take materials through to finished electro-mechanical products, including how production processes, equipment, and finished hardware get inspected, tested, and evaluated.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nAbility to obtain a Secret security clearance.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science or math field (or equivalent experience) plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's plus 3+ years.\nU.S. citizenship is required for this role.\nStrong working knowledge of engineering methods, tools, and standards (software, electrical, systems).\nStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, and EIA standards.\nHands-on skill with inspection and measurement tools and techniques.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience in defense or another regulated industry, such as medical devices, automotive, or nuclear.\nA specific example of leading a cross-functional continuous improvement effort.\nA background in electro-mechanical or highly technical products.\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, and ideas for using AI to drive improvement.\nGH 1089\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
