An active Public Trust clearance is required.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyzes and maps existing operational processes, identifies gaps, and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency, governance, and compliance.\nDevelops, updates, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment with organizational requirements.\nDesigns and implements dashboards that provide visibility into process performance, risk indicators, workflow status, and key operational metrics.\nFacilitates stakeholder engagement, process validation sessions, user training, and adoption of new procedures and reporting tools.\nMonitors operational trends, develops actionable insights, and supports risk assessment and mitigation efforts through data-driven recommendations.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nAbility to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.\n3+ years of experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational improvement within a federal government or highly regulated environment.\n3+ years of experience developing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, policies, or procedural documentation.\nExperience using process improvement methodologies and tools such as BPMN, swim lanes, RACI matrices, or process flow diagrams.\n2+ years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nExperience supporting risk assessment, compliance, research security, governance, or operational controls, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nGH 1079\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
