An active Secret clearance is required.\nResponsibilities\nWorks directly with end users to turn operational problems into working software workflows and maintains accountability as needs change.\nInvestigates existing code to find fixes and improve the performance and stability of applications and data pipelines.\nOwns the user relationship, scoping work, configuring solutions, and managing expectations independently.\nMaintains and configures user-facing applications, including user experience and navigation improvements.\nConfigures and maintains production data pipelines and the data model behind them.\nPlans and sequences work around customer priorities, scopes requests with stakeholders, and lays out tradeoffs.\nTriages, tracks, and escalates support requests across customer and engineering teams.\nPartners with product engineers to root-cause and fix bugs users report.\nRuns recurring and ad hoc analysis to answer customer questions.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nSecret security clearance.\nU.S. citizenship is required for this role.\nAbility to work onsite at the client location as needed.\nExperience building applications end to end, from data pipelines and models to user-facing interfaces.\nExperience navigating and debugging complex code written by others.\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and TypeScript/JavaScript.\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.\nExperience working directly with customers on sensitive topics and competing priorities.\nComfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting objectives.\nStrong organization and attention to detail.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nFoundry or similar data platform experience.\nGH 1085\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
