An active Secret clearance is required.\nResponsibilities\nPerforms on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.\nEnsures the functionality and reliability of various technologies.\nConducts site surveys, configures hardware and software, tests systems for proper operation, and provides technical support to clients.\nUtilizes and comprehends project safety plans (JHA, AHA, PFW), enforcing company handbook and policies.\nParticipates in quality reviews of design documentation, analyzing and interpreting drawing packages to evaluate constructability.\nTracks project metrics and participates in weekly resource allocation meetings.\nVerifies correct charges in timesheets on projects.\nExecutes installation and maintenance activities within planned durations, ensuring completion of detailed documentation.\nTracks and inventories tools, conducts tool inspections, and organizes material ordering and receiving.\nConducts daily ORM meetings, ensures team compliance with safety requirements, and completes accident/incident reporting.\nParticipates in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to ensure high-quality testing and installation.\nInstalls system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels, adhering to industry standards.\nTerminates, tests, and configures electronic devices, network, and IT equipment.\nManages base switch configurations, participates in configuration of servers and workstations, and troubleshoots programmable components.\nEnsures compliance with established QC plans and checklists, conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings.\nInstalls and maintains field devices, terminates and tests system components, and troubleshoots copper and fiber optic issues.\nLeads commissioning efforts, tracks commissioning activities, and assists in representing the client in meetings with owners and design teams.\nCommunicates consistently with project teams, other trades, and customers, demonstrating dedication and collaboration.\nLeads by example, provides constructive feedback, mentors crew members, and encourages strategic thinking and innovation.\nDemonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.\nProvides look-ahead for assignment of manpower, material procurement/staging, and resource planning.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nSecret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.\nU.S. citizenship is required for this role.\nValid driver's license; this position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nGraduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or an Electrical Apprenticeship program.\n3+ additional years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.\n6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.\nStrong oral, written, and presentation skills.\nDemonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.\nDemonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.\nAbility to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.\nAbility to relocate a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.\nAbility to work at various heights up to 60 feet and climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and all types of ladders.\nAbility to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.\nGood vision (may be corrected vision), ability to see in color, and ability to hear and communicate in English.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nVendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems such as CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, Aiphone Intercom Systems, FFT, DIVAR, and Windows operating systems, and experience in installation of said systems.\n3 years of experience focused in electronic security systems.\nOSHA 30 certification.\nStrong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
