This is a hybrid role based at our Tysons, VA headquarters, onsite three days per week. No security clearance is required. \nAbout the Role \nWe are looking for recent college graduates who want to start a career in recruiting. You do not need recruiting experience. We will train you in how federal IT staffing works, including how to find and engage technical talent, how security clearances work, and how to manage a candidate from first contact through their first day. You will work directly with our recruiting and sales team, so you will learn quickly and see the impact of your work. \nResponsibilities \nFind candidates for technical roles using our internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.\nScreen candidates by phone and video and learn to assess technical backgrounds and clearance levels.\nCoordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.\nSupport our Sales team with research and lead generation.\nHelp new hires through onboarding and stay in touch with them after they start.\nTrack your activity and results in our applicant tracking system.\nOver time, take on full-cycle recruiting, including presenting offers and negotiating salary. \nRequired Skills and Qualifications \nA bachelor's degree, completed or expected by 12/2026.\nCurrent authorization to work in the United States for any employer.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.\nA high degree of self-motivation, organization, and reliability.\nA professional demeanor and approach to work.\nCurious about technology and willing to learn the basics of IT roles and federal contracting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \nPreferred Qualifications \nInternship, part-time, or campus experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or any role where you worked with people.\nInterest in the federal government, technology, or the defense community. \nGH 1080\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
