An active Public Trust clearance is required.\nResponsibilities\nWorks with application SMEs and developers to understand business rules, workflows, and requirements.\nAnalyzes existing application behavior, defects, and change requests.\nDevelops and executes functional test cases, regression tests, and user acceptance tests for enhancements and releases.\nCoordinates test cycles with development, DBA, and operations teams.\nValidates data flows and application integration points across enterprise applications and portals.\nRuns automated tests, documents test results, defects, and process gaps; tracks remediation progress.\nSupports release readiness, including test validation across environments (DEV->TEST->PROD).\nAssists in updating system documentation, user workflows, and knowledge base materials.\nProvides expertise in the formulation of systems' scopes and objectives.\nDetermines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.\nCollects and performs analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.\nPrepares flow charts, models, and procedures.\nConducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.\nConducts form design and layout activities.\nPrepares systems specifications.\nPrepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.\nPerforms analysis and systems designs.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nPublic Trust security clearance.\nTechnical training, certification(s), or degree required.\n5+ years of related experience including understanding of O&M processes, change control, and release management.\nExperience supporting federal programs or mission-driven organizations.\nProficiency with testing tools (UFT/Selenium), SQL, and Jira.\nMust be able to pass a background check.\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
