Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.\nResponsibilities\nDevelops a deep understanding of platform products and operational processes.\nGoes on-call, responding quickly and effectively to mission-critical incidents.\nDiagnoses, resolves, and proactively prevents issues encountered in the field.\nCollaborates with internal stakeholders to increase the scalability and reliability of data platform workflows for the client.\nIdentifies recurring pain points and inefficiencies, and takes initiative to automate or streamline workflows.\nAdvocates for and implements product enhancements based on insights gleaned from the field.\nCreates clear, actionable documentation and shares best practices to elevate team and company-wide reliability.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nWork Authorization: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.\nBackground in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical field.\nProficiency in Python, Java, and SQL.\nFamiliarity with parallel data processing and Spark job optimization.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively.\nResourcefulness and creativity in fast-paced dynamic environments.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively to solve ambiguous technical and operational challenges.\nExperience with root cause analysis and documenting solutions for broader impact.\nEnthusiasm for hands-on problem solving, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.\nMust be available to respond to critical outages during assigned on-call weeks.\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
