An active Secret clearance is required.\nResponsibilities\nWrites and edits policies, standard operating procedures, and technical guides to provide clients with clear, concise, and accurate documentation.\nDevelops Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs and TOs), Telecommunication Survey Installation Plans (TSIPs), and Installation Plans (I-Plans).\nReviews existing documents, assesses their accuracy and compliance, and identifies areas for improvement.\nHandles sensitive information, ensures its security, and maintains compliance with security regulations.\nManages multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, and meets deadlines.\nMaintains familiarity with document management systems and relevant tools.\nCreates visualizations required within documents: data flow, network diagrams, elevation diagrams, charts, graphs, etc.\nTracks documentation required for the ATO process.\nWorks with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date.\nEnsures that all documentation, whether paper or digital, meets federal requirements and relevant regulations.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nSecret security clearance.\nBachelor's degree in a field like English, Communications, Information Technology, or Business Administration.\n2+ years of experience.\nExperience developing Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs and TOs), Telecommunication Survey Installation Plans (TSIPs), and Installation Plans (I-Plans).\nFamiliarity with time compliance technical orders (TCTOs and TOs), telecommunication survey installation plans (TSIPs), and installation plans (I-Plans).\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion.\nProficiency in creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation.\nAbility to manage multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, and meet deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and conveying information clearly.\nFamiliarity with document management systems, software like Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant tools.\nAbility to identify and resolve issues related to documentation.\nProfessional demeanor and work ethic.\nUnderstanding of federal standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.\nFamiliarity with federal documentation classification markings and handling of classified materials.\nGH 1098\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
