Responsibilities Writes and edits policies, standard operating procedures, and technical guides to provide clients with clear, concise, and accurate documentation. Develops Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs and TOs), Telecommunication Survey Installation Plans (TSIPs), and Installation Plans (I-Plans).
