This is a hybrid role based at our Tysons, VA headquarters.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources.\nWork as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams.\nProvide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities.\nOriginate leads for M9 Sales teams.\nNegotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and present offers (full lifecycle recruitment).\nProvide assistance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.\nMaintain regular communication with the employees that you have hired.\nMaintain activity level expectations using defined metrics and measurement systems.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with others to create a positive and productive environment.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.\nExperience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.\nExperience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse.\nA high degree of self-motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.\nA professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.\nExperience using MS Office Suite: Word and Excel.\nA desire to learn, with sound judgment and discretion in accomplishing goals and work requirements.\nDemonstrated success in recruiting cleared technical professionals at varying clearance levels, including Public Trust, Secret, and TS/SCI.\nCurrent authorization to work in the United States for any employer.\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.\nGH 755\nFull-Time Employee Compensation\nM9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
