This encompasses all aspects of the supply chain from identification, recommendation, negotiation through to the ongoing evaluation of suppliers who have been selected to provide products and services that support the short and long term goals of Ma Labs\nAnalyze technical data and product specifications to forecast immediate and future needs and formulate professional procurement strategies of products\nNegotiate purchase order terms and conditions; Structure purchase order based on corporate guidelines and objectives; Coordinate and facilitate sales order/transaction logistics\nMaintain computerized procurement record using specialized programs to monitor quantity of items purchased, analyze costs, keep track of freight delivery, product quality and performance, and inventory to ensure the procurement fit into the company’s worldwide supply chain management\nStudy sales record and inventory levels of company, identify foreign and domestic suppliers and keeping abreast of change affecting both the supply and demand for needed products\nEvaluate vendor’s offered quality, availability, reliability and technical support in choosing supply source organize and participate in the selection and management of vendors in global area, building long-term and stable partnership with vendors according to headquarters’ procurement strategies, in order to keep consistent supply, to reduce the cost of procurement, and to obtain competitive advantage in procurement area\n Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent\nPrevious purchasing or sales experience in PC industry is a plus\nPrevious Manufacture experience is a big plus\nIn-depth understanding of PC component market\nStrong negotiation skills\nWill act with a sense of urgency, high quality judgment and sound decision making\nCan build credibility and be a trusted resource to all\nExceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail\nHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation\nExcellent communicational skills\nExcellent customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions\nCan thrive in a deadline driven environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\n Benefits:\nBase Salary\nQuarterly MBO bonus program\nHealth Insurance (medical, dental, vision, other optional insurances)\nPaid Holidays, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Leave\n401(k) Program\nEmployee Referral Program\nEmployee Discounts\nEmployee Appreciation Events\nSolid Training Program for New Hires\nOur EEOC Statement:\nMa Labs welcomes and encourages diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
