As Senior Regional Construction Scheduler, you report to the Senior Construction Manager of Scheduling and Estimating, help supervise the Project Schedulers, and work with Owner's Authorized Representatives, Senior Project Managers, and site staff on the review of contractor schedules.\nYou read the construction drawings to understand the scope, review contractor Primavera P6 baseline schedules and monthly updates on LAUSD's structured review templates, and perform time impact analysis using the windows method, which measures how each delay moved the finish date, in a detailed write-up.
