The Line Cooks will prepare, cook, and plate high-quality meals in line with hotel standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and the finest food quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring proper taste, texture, presentation, portion control, and technique.\nCollaborate with kitchen, restaurant, and banquet teams to deliver smooth, timely meal service, especially during peak hours.\nCollaborate with front-of-house staff to accommodate guest dietary requests, allergy concerns, and special food requirements with care and accuracy.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.\nFollow all health, safety, quality, and sanitation protocols, including hygiene, food storage, handling, and temperature standards.\nSafely operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.\nSet up, maintain, and break down workstations, ensuring all ingredients, utensils, and equipment are ready before and after shifts.\nContribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and staying knowledgeable about current menu items, recipes, and dietary restrictions.\nAssist with inventory monitoring, ordering supplies, minimizing waste, controlling costs, and ensuring proper stock rotation.\nAdhere to company policies regarding time and attendance, meal and rest breaks, uniform and grooming standards, and professional conduct.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nQualifications & Skills:\nCulinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus.
