Because Microsoft’s AI ecosystem evolves quickly, staying proactive in following developments across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and broader vendor direction is an important part of the role.\nYour profile\nResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365. \nDevelop Copilot Studio agents, workflows, instructions, skills, custom connectors or handoff flows.Build integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and other enterprise systems. \n\nWork with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge grounding patterns to improve agent quality and reliability. \nContribute to solution design, architecture, implementation decisions, and platform best practices. \nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver practical AI and automation solutions. \nSupport testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of agent solutions. \nProactively follow Microsoft AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and broader vendor roadmap developments.\nRequirements\nExperience as a developer, AI Developer, chatbot developer, technical consultant or Power Platform specialist, preferably in Microsoft-based environments. \nHands-on experience with or strong interest in, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. \nBasic to intermediate programming skills in JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar languages, mainly for custom development, integrations, and automation. \nStrong interest or expierence in generative AI, LLMs, agent solutions, and business automation. \nBasic knowledge of APIs, web services, authentication, and enterprise integrations. \nAbility to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. \nA pragmatic problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration skills.\nWhy us?\nJoining Macaw isn't just about a job - it's about embracing a culture of growth, flexibility, and well-being.
