You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results, maintaining project budgets and schedules, ensuring safety, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nThis role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
