Advises, innovates, develops and implements processes described within ISO19650 series. This includes how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.\nThe project:\nThis is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA, Riyadh. Mace are providing project management consultancy services\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nDevelop and maintain organizational standards, procedures, and governance frameworks for 4D planning and schedule simulation.\nDefine 4D requirements within BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project delivery requirements, and digital standards.\nEnsure alignment with ISO 19650 information management principles and organizational BIM requirements.\nEstablish quality assurance processes for model and schedule integration.\nLead the creation and maintenance of 4D models by integrating BIM models with Primavera P6 or equivalent project schedules.\nDevelop construction phasing, logistics simulations, and sequencing visualizations.\nValidate schedule logic through model-based simulations and identify sequencing conflicts, interfaces, and delivery risks.\nSupport project teams in evaluating alternative construction strategies and recovery plans.\nProduce animations, time slices, and visual simulations for project reviews and executive reporting.\nCoordinate with BIM Managers, Project Controls teams, GIS specialists, and project stakeholders to maintain accurate and reliable 4D environments.\nManage the aggregation of multi-disciplinary models for district, precinct, and program-level planning.\nEnsure data consistency between models, schedules, and reporting platforms.\nFacilitate workshops focused on construction sequencing, interfaces, accessibility, operations, and logistics planning.\nDevelop dashboards, executive reports, visual presentations, and stakeholder communication materials.\nCreate high-quality visual outputs suitable for project governance reviews and senior leadership presentations.\nSupport integration of 4D outputs into Power BI, and digital twin initiatives where applicable.\nLead and mentor 4D planners, BIM coordinators, and digital delivery specialists.\nPromote knowledge sharing and capability development across project teams.\nDrive continuous improvement of 4D workflows, tools, and automation opportunities.\n.\nYou’ll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.\nProfessional BIM and Project Controls qualifications preferred.\nExtensive years in BIM, digital engineering, construction planning, or project controls.\nIntensive experience in leading 4D planning and schedule simulation activities on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.\nExperience managing BIM Data across multidisciplinary teams.\nDemonstrated experience on mega-projects and complex multi-package developments.\nPrimavera P6.
