Providing leadership and is accountable for compliance, governance, assurance as well as the management of teams of construction staff. The building and retention of relationships with colleagues and stakeholders is fundamental to the success of the role.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nEnsuring MEP delivery complies with Mace standards.\nManaging programme, safety, quality and commissioning activities.\nBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.\nImplementing delivery, commissioning and strategic project plans.\nMonitoring productivity, milestones, interfaces and critical risks.\nDriving quality assurance, close-out and continuous improvement.\nIdentifying risks and implementing effective mitigation plans.\nSupporting net-zero carbon delivery and emissions reduction.\nYou’ll need to have:\nTrade/technical engineering apprenticeship or graduate development programme (or equivalent).\nFormal engineering or construction training (HNC.
