To learn more about our purpose, culture and priorities, visit our strategy site.\nWithin our business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.\nThe Project: Serves as the single point of accountability for the entire Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client, directing all workstream leads, governing scope and schedule, managing the client relationship, and owning overall delivery outcome.\nYou’ll Be Responsible For :\nDelivers delegated elements of an annual business plan to time and budget.\n\nManages and facilitates external certification audits.\n\nProvides expertise and guidance in supporting achievement of new certifications where appropriate.\n\nResponsible for organising and facilitating internal audits in the audit programme.\n\nAccountable for leading audits and producing audit reports.\n\nUtilises comprehensive expertise and investigates and interprets root cause analysis of instances of non-conformance, including recommending corrective measures and long-term preventative measures.\n\nCoordinates reviewing of management system content for appropriateness, improvement, and implementation.\n\nContributes to the identification of new systems and processes to drive efficiency, recommending improvements and innovations.\n\nEnsures information for quality reports is available, accurate and delivered within agreed timescales.\n\nAccountable for the production of communication articles, plans and communication collateral.\n\nCoordinates activities reported in management reviews, collating, analysing, and presenting data and key metrics, analyses trends and provides recommendations and guidance.\n\nProvides recommendations for action to mitigate risk and improve management system effectiveness.\n\nProvides specialised expertise and knowledge to support on business development activities.\n\nAccountable for the development and delivery of training.\n\nManages and monitors performance of a supply chain, including support to suppliers as appropriate through training, guidance, and audits of their QMS capabilities.\n\nWorks collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.\n\nYou’ll need to have\nStrong knowledge and application of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.\n\nExperience managing external certification audits and supporting new certifications.\n\nProven ability to lead internal audits and deliver clear audit reports.\n\nStrong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.\n\nExperience reviewing and improving management systems, processes, and controls.\n\nAbility to develop and deliver quality reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.\n\nStrong data analysis skills; able to track trends and provide actionable recommendations.\n\nExperience supporting business improvement initiatives and driving process efficiency.\n\nAbility to develop and deliver training on quality and management systems.\n\nExperience managing supply chain performance, including audits and supplier support.\n\nLine management experience with team leadership capability.\n\nDegree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\n\nOur values\nSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.\nClient focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.\nIntegrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.\nCreate opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.\nMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
