Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.\nThe role:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Services Manager | Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and international PMO and Planning business unit. This role involves both internal workstreams and client-facing fee-earning projects and programmes. The successful candidate will work independently on smaller projects and be part of a global team working on some of Mace’s largest programmes.\nKey to this role is the ability to create compelling content from various sources on numerous platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint and other applications from the M365 Office suite.\nThe role will report into the Global Knowledge & Capability Lead role, based overseas and be supported locally by the Mace Philippines team.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nDeliver high-quality graphics and other visual assets that communicate client brand priorities and values.\nEstablish the creative direction of programmes during initial mobilisation of projects.\nProvide dedicated support for programmes’ creative needs throughout the project duration.\nModify existing assets to improve its effectivity in relation to established brand guidelines.\nSupport the development of programme document architecture, working closely with Establishment Leads.\nSupport to enhance slide pack presentations, working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand graphics.\nTake ownership of graphics, images and content development on SharePoint sites such as landing pages.\nDevelop branded banners, posters, templates, and other resources in alignment with client brand guidelines.\nEnsure quality assurance checks occur on all content/graphics produced, feeding back improvements.\nCollect lessons learnt and examples of best practices, as well as feed learnings back into Mace’s Centre of Excellence (CoE).\nYou’ll need to have:\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio and SharePoint.\nProficiency in basic SharePoint, specifically producing SharePoint pages, creating lists, and modifying according to project requirements.\nExperience in adopting brand guidelines into your work.\nUnderstanding of information security protocols.\nYou’ll also have:\nExcellent written and oral communication skills (in English).\nHigh level of attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate your own work.\nProject management skills.\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with others.\nAbility to articulate complex information and ideas for a technical audience and interpret data and information into visual formats.\nAbility to create and deliver clear and professional presentations to project teams.\nOur values\nSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.\nClient focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.\nIntegrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.\nCreate opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.\nMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
