A milestone project supported by the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), the project is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history.\nOur values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:\nSafety First - Going Home Safe and Well.\n\nClient Focus - Deliver on Our Promise.\n\nIntegrity - Always Do the Right Thing.\n\nCreate Opportunity - For Our People to Excel.\n\nYou’ll Be Responsible For:\nDirect and supervise all construction activities, including contractor oversight and coordination with project stakeholders.\n\nAdminister the Safety and Security Management Plan (SSMP), ensuring compliance with safety protocols, thorough incident reporting, and implementation of proactive risk mitigation measures.\n\nGuarantee that all construction work meets technical specifications, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.\n\nOversee special inspections, testing services, and comprehensive quality assurance processes.\n\nManage site logistics, including utility coordination, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and compliance with building management procedures.\n\nOversee schedule management functions, including maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule, milestone tracking, and timely completion of all construction phases\n\nLead cost and budget management activities such as forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting requisition and invoicing processes.\n\nPrepare detailed project reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis encompassing safety, quality, environmental, financial, and milestone progress.\n\nMaintain rigorous change control procedures for schedule and budget baselines, ensuring proper versioning and historical documentation.\n\nLead risk management initiatives, maintain risk registers, facilitate analyses, and support contingency planning activities.\n\nProvide technical assessments regarding changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, and manage negotiation strategies and responses to claims and change orders.\n\nYou’ll need to have\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.\n\nA minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or transportation construction projects.\n\nExtensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, including NEPA, permitting, and safety standards.\n\nAdvanced expertise in project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk assessment.\n\nProven experience in quality assurance, special inspections, and technical documentation.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nProficiency in project management information systems (PMIS) and Microsoft Office Suite\n\nNote: The estimated starting salary for this position is $250k.
