To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our strategy site.\nWithin our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.\nThe Project: Mace is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team for a Rail & Transit project in Toronto.\nYou'll Be Responsible For:\nDevelopment and maintenance of readiness documentation, including the System Safety\n\nCertification Strategy, System Definition Document, CPG Recommendation Reports, Risk\n\nAssessment Completion Declarations, Panel Presentations and Hazard Record.\n\nPlanning, coordinating and attending readiness panels and submissions, including Safety\n\nReview Panels (SRP), Operational Readiness Panels (ORP), Independent Safety Assessor (ISA)\n\nReviews and Safety Certification Committee (MSCC) activities.\n\nCoordinating documented low and high-risk appraisals with the System Safety Assessor\n\n(SSA) and ISA across project scope.\n\nSupporting Readiness Control Board meetings and recurring readiness governance activities.\n\nCoordinating with Project Delivery Teams to monitor readiness progress, update forecasts, manage interfaces and obtain required submissions.\n\nDriving continuous improvement of readiness processes, governance, reporting and future planning activities to improve delivery efficiency and reduce programme risk.\n\nYou’ll Need To Have:\nDegree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing readiness, assurance, commissioning or operational handover activities on large infrastructure programmes.\n\nKnowledge of rail, transit or transportation projects.\n\nExperience coordinating safety assurance, certification and governance processes.\n\nExperience preparing executive-level reports, presentations or readiness documentation.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple project teams and delivery partners.\n\nExperience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\n\nNote: The estimated salary for this position is 90,000 - 140,000 CAD.
