Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, both internally and externally across United States, Canada, Peru, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Mexico as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in WeWork Larco in Miraflores, Peru. You’ll Be Responsible For: Sourcing diverse talent across priority sectors. Identifying candidates to drive performance. Promoting internal mobility and referrals.
