To learn more about our purpose, culture and priorities, visit our strategy site.\nWithin our consult and construct business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery to unlock the potential in every project.\nYou'll Be Responsible For:\nDevelops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints\n\nInterfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract.\n\nReviews and captures productivity to measure progress.\n\nCommunicates effectively with the client , project team and stakeholders.\n\nIncorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.\n\nEnsures health and safety through programme integration.\n\nEstablishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.\n\nUndertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.\n\nResponsible for coordinating activities for team.\n\nWorks collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.\n\nYou’ll Need To Have:\nMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience working in a planning role in the construction industry (preferred).\n\nProven ability to develop, maintain and update project programmes, sequencing plans and recovery schedules with minimal supervision.\n\nProficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project) with the ability to produce programme outputs and reports tailored to different stakeholders and project needs.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering planning and scheduling services on complex construction or built environment projects.\n\nGood understanding of procurement strategies, project delivery methods, and standard forms of contract and their impact on project schedules.\n\nAbility to effectively manage and respond to client and stakeholder requirements, building strong working relationships across project teams.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain programme drivers, critical path activities, risks, mitigation measures, milestones, and key project issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nUnderstanding of schedule risk management, progress monitoring, forecasting, and performance reporting.\n\nOur values\nSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.\nClient focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.\nIntegrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.\nCreate opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.\nMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
