The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.\nYou'll be responsible for:\nSupervising the delivery of mechanical and MEP construction works, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, programme, and project objectives.\nManaging the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring all works are delivered in line with project specifications and operational requirements.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, translating project objectives into effective delivery strategies.\nDriving the successful delivery of fast-track construction and fit-out packages, proactively managing risks, interfaces, and programme challenges.\nChampioning a positive health, safety, well-being, and quality culture across all project activities.\nProviding technical leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nImplementing quality assurance processes, inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure successful project outcomes.\nOverseeing testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, handover, and project close-out activities to achieve operational readiness and client satisfaction.\nYou'll need to have:\nA degree qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a related discipline.\nProven experience managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and MEP services on complex, fast-track projects, ensuring safe delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with project and client requirements.\nExperience delivering fit-out and technical infrastructure packages within mission-critical, industrial, utility, transportation, healthcare, data center, or similarly complex environments.\nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, installation methodologies, systems integration, testing and commissioning protocols, and phased handover strategies.\nDemonstrable experience managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and MEP services within complex project environments.\nExperience delivering fast-track construction projects and fit-out works, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and critical programme milestones.\nStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk management practices, and industry best practice standards.\nDemonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contractor coordination, programme recovery, and the use of digital project management and reporting tools.\nEligibility to meet Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visa requirements and a proven track record of delivering high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy or similar environment.\nYou’ll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services\nRelevant NVQ or HNC (or equivalent).\nExperience in a site-based managerial role (or equivalent).\nSMSTS and managerial/professional CSCS Card.\nSite Management Safety Training Scheme and Construction Skills Certificate Scheme\nOur values\nSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of well-being in every team.\nClient focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables and strategic outcomes and build long-term relationships with our clients.\nIntegrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry while always aligning with our compliance obligations.\nCreate opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.\nMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
