Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.\nThe project: Mace is providing support in the global asset management strategy for a multinational pharmaceutical client based in Germany. We have enjoyed constant growth in Germany since establishing a dedicated Frankfurt office in 2003.\nWorking in partnership with local developers and multinational corporations, our German team specialises in project management, construction and facilities management, as well as preconstruction and technical due diligence.\nWorking closely with the client’s team, responsible for ensuring that a large building project are completed safely, within an agreed timeframe and budget. Managing the practical side of every stage of the build, you'll work closely with architects, surveyors and other building professionals in planning and delivery.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nEstablishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.\nSetting up regular and clear lines of communication to address issues, which may arise.\nChairing weekly progress meetings and report on the weekly project and commercial progress.\nManaging the contractor(s) based on site.\nManaging and developing the team to ensure objectives are met and staff are supported and motivated.
