Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.\nThe Project:\nMace is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team for a Rail & Transit project in Toronto.\nYou'll Be Responsible For:\nLead planning and scheduling activities, applying advanced methods, techniques and tools to optimise delivery.\nProvide expertise in project controls, Earned Value Management and programme methodologies to support successful outcomes.\nCommunicate analysis and corrective measures clearly to clients, teams and stakeholders, influencing complex requirements.\nManage and develop professional teams delivering planning and schedule management services.\nBuild strong client relationships, influencing acceptance of proposals and recommendations that drive value.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to embed sustainability, carbon reduction and net zero transition into programme delivery.\nYou’ll Need To Have:\nProfessional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) or equivalent demonstrable development.\nExtensive experience in planning and successful delivery of projects and programmes.\nStrong commercial, financial and stakeholder management expertise with proven leadership of diverse teams.\nKnowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction and digital innovation shaping project outcomes.\nNote: The estimated salary for this position is 125,000 - 155,000 CAD.
