Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.\nThe project:\nMace is delivering a major expansion programme in Dubai, transforming a flagship development into a world-leading events and exhibitions destination.\nWe are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead the delivery of major high-value car parking projects from concept design through design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.\nThis is a senior project management position requiring strong experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects and the ability to lead consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTaking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major car parking projects from concept design through to completion and handover.\nSupervising the development of the existing concept design through detailed design, ensuring alignment with project requirements, programme, budget and buildability.\nManaging and coordinating multidisciplinary design consultants across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, transport, and specialist disciplines.\nDriving design reviews, value engineering, constructability reviews, and resolution of key technical and interface issues.\nDeveloping the procurement and packaging strategy in conjunction with commercial, procurement, and technical teams.\nSupporting tendering, contractor selection, technical evaluations, and contract award.\nEstablishing and managing the overall project delivery strategy, programme, key milestones, and critical interfaces.\nDirecting appointed contractors through mobilisation, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.\nManaging project risks, change, programme performance and delivery constraints.\nCoordinating closely with commercial, design, planning, HSW, and quality teams.\nManaging interfaces with surrounding infrastructure, access, utilities, public realm, and adjacent development packages.\nChairing project meetings, reporting and escalation of key issues.\nEnsuring delivery achieves the required standards of safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.\nYou'll need to have:\nDegree qualified in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or a related built-environment discipline.\nProfessional membership or chartership such as CIOB, RICS, ICE, APM or PMP is advantageous.\nSignificant experience delivering large, complex building or infrastructure projects in a senior project management capacity.\nStrong experience across design development, procurement, and construction delivery, rather than purely construction-stage management.\nExperience within a PMC, consultancy, developer or major project environment preferred.\nStrong knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination and construction interfaces.\nExperience of major parking structures, transport facilities, podiums, complex concrete structures or similar large-scale assets would be highly advantageous.\nStrong contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nPrevious UAE or wider GCC major-project experience preferred.\nOur values\nSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of well-being in every team.\nClient focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables and strategic outcomes and build long-term relationships with our clients.\nIntegrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry while always aligning with our compliance obligations.\nCreate opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.\nMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
