This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects within a regulated and fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of delivering quality, compliance, and operational excellence to clients portfolios, programmes and projects.\nResponsible for leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Guides and coordinates with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nDetermines and arranges project management, technical services and external resources required for the project on an individual and team basis.\nCollaborates with the team/s (client, design team and other consultants, and contractor) and all stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project in line with all expectations communicating strategies to the team. \nDemonstrates visible safety behaviours. \nManage the timely and successful delivery of construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones and is accountable for the scope of works relating to the project portfolios. \nDelivers the project objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan, leads and manages the project team/s and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs). \nPrepares and modifies where necessary project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project/s.\nOversees project timeframes and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of projects, highlighting any risks, challenges and mitigations..\nCollaborates with relevant stakeholders and ensures robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored in line with service excellence.\nManage and records relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis.\nActively involved in risk management and mitigation treatments.\nEffectively coordinates and communicates with all project stakeholders, ensuring completion of responsibilities/tasks and that appropriate standards and records are documented and maintained. \nTakes ownership of project changes, as and when necessary, tracking project changes and ensuring they are progressed and formalised within the agreed timeframes. \nResponsible for ensuring approved handover documentation is coordinated and provided prior to practical completion.\nYou’ll need to have:\n+15 years’s of relevant experience.\nProven successful experience in project management, managing +£30m sized projects. in highly regulated industry, preferably in pharmaceutical.\nDeveloped communication, presentation and project planning and development skills. \nDeveloped budgetary oversight expertise. \nAdvanced proficiency in communicating, coordinating activities and collaborating with stakeholders. \nProven understanding of project management methodologies and practices. \nDisplay strong communication and negotiation skills to support the client/customer focus. \nProactively manage internal budgets and fees, delivering agreed outcomes (where appropriate).\nProven competency that understands construction methodologies and sequencing.\nDeveloped bidding skills.\nRecognised accreditation with professional bodies in country.\nOur values\nSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.\nClient focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.\nIntegrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.\nCreate opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.\nMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
