requirements.\nIdentify design conflicts, constructability concerns, and potential field coordination issues before they impact project schedules.\nConduct regular field inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, quality, and adherence to approved documents.\nSupport project scheduling, milestone tracking, and coordination of critical construction activities.\nAssist with project turnover, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout documentation.\nDesign Coordination & Technical Review\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and design consultants to develop construction documents and technical solutions.\nReview architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil drawings for coordination and constructability.\nUtilize AutoCAD to develop, review, modify, and maintain construction drawings, facility layouts, and infrastructure plans.\nAssist in evaluating facility infrastructure requirements to support manufacturing equipment, specialized processes, and operational expansion.\nCoordinate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to understand equipment installation requirements, utility demands, and operational constraints.\nSupport site investigations, field measurements, existing-condition assessments, and infrastructure evaluations.\nAssist in reviewing engineering calculations, equipment specifications, and technical submittals.\nMaintain accurate project drawings, specifications, and as-built documentation.\nProject Controls, Budgeting & Scheduling\nAssist in developing project budgets, preliminary cost estimates, and construction schedules.\nReview contractor proposals, estimates, and scope-of-work documents for completeness and alignment with project requirements.\nSupport competitive bidding, contractor selection, and procurement activities.\nTrack project expenditures, commitments, change orders, and budget forecasts.\nReview contractor payment applications and validate completed work against contractual requirements.\nIdentify potential cost and schedule impacts and proactively recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain project trackers, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.\nProvide regular project status updates to Infrastructure & Facilities leadership.\nContractor & Vendor Management\nCoordinate and oversee general contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and construction service providers.\nSupport contractor onboarding, site access, work planning, and construction logistics.\nVerify contractor work aligns with approved scopes, drawings, specifications, and applicable safety requirements.\nFacilitate construction coordination meetings and communicate project priorities, constraints, and deliverables.\nMonitor contractor performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost.\nAssist in resolving field conflicts, technical questions, and construction-related issues.\nCoordinate construction activities to minimize disruption to ongoing manufacturing and business operations.\nInfrastructure & Facility Development\nSupport the development and expansion of Mach's manufacturing, testing, research, and office facilities.\nAssist in evaluating existing infrastructure capacity, including electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, process piping, plumbing, and other building systems.\nCoordinate utility
